All NFT sales on this site are handled through OpenSea. We do not offer any return or refund. Users can always resell their purchase on the open market. Canvas shipping takes 6-8 weeks due to the third-party printer.

SHIPPING

If you have requested a canvas print through our site, and provided the appropriate shipping information and validation information regarding your confirmed OpenSea NFT purchase, the printing and shipping process may take 6-8 weeks. We have no control over the third-party printing service speed. If you have not received your canvas print after 8 weeks, you are welcome to contact us.
